The Fairey Gannet has proved in service to be the world's mostsuccessful ami-submarine aircraft, combining the ability to search and to strike with the most formidable modern weapons.

Powered by the Armstrong Siddeley Double Mamba, it has twin engine reliability. These aircraft are in service with the Royal Navy and the Royal Australian Navy and are on order for Western Germany's Naval Air Arm.
