TSR2 is capable of modern reconnaissance or of the pin point delivery of any kind of weapon. It is designed to operate at very high speed under the radar screen in all weathers, and has a high degree of invulnerability against any known defence.

Its STOL capability frees it from large prepared bases and its long range gives it a flexibility hitherto unattained by any other aircraft.TSR2,which is now on the production line, will augment the operational power of the Royal Air Force in a wide range of roles.
